Thank you for your generous support!
Pledged: $3,192,142.31
The funds of our capital campaign are now being put to good use for the improvement of our church! A new audio system has been installed, at the request of a number of faithful when we did our feasibility study. And the asphalt for our parking lot is planned to be laid down this coming week.
These projects are happening because generous faithful have made contributions for the love of Our Lord. They have believed that their hard-earned money takes on a special value—a supernatural value—when it is given for the benefit of Our Lord’s house and the building up and growth of their traditional Catholic community.
These first fruits of the campaign donations are only the beginning. The SSPX General House has approved the replacement of the roof of St. Isidore’s; we have hired the contractor for this work and members of our building committee met with him this past week. Meanwhile, we are looking to find a good contractor to repair the brick and stone of the church.
While these projects are underway, we have to keep in mind that we still have another ambitious goal in mind: we want to build a school building! To do that, we need to reach our goal of $6.5 million by the end of the three-year campaign.
It is for this reason that I ask you to please continue your daily prayers for the capital campaign. Pray especially to St. Joseph that we may find more generous benefactors to support Grow Where You Are Planted. Thank you for all you have done and will continue to do for our campaign and for St. Isidore’s! God bless you,
Fr. Paul Robinson, SSPX Prior
